• Where is the store based?

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 10 weeks.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! Just a reminder that it will probably take anywhere from 2-10 weeks to get to you (depending on how the postal service is).

• Do you accept commissions outside of the pieces you display on your store?

  Yes I do! If you can send me an email at [email protected] we can discuss what you'd like and payment that way. It's a little hard to put an actual button on my store for commissions, so this might be the easiest way, haha!

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
